At Chrissie’s Fit Life, you’ll receive the expertise and professionalism of a large gym—within the comfort and privacy of a personal training studio. The space is thoughtfully equipped with functional training tools designed to support any fitness goal.

Chrissie’s Fit Life is a place where you can feel completely comfortable working out for several reasons.

Private and Comfortable: No one else is watching while you work out, removing common intimidation and helping you feel at ease.

Clean and Safe: All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily because your health is always a priority.

What you’ll get with your training sessions:

  • Strength Training: Progressive strength exercise plan to build strength, increase metabolism, & improve endurance
  • Nutrition Coaching: Meal tracking, daily caloric & macronutrient goals, grocery lists to aid in a nonrestrictive eating plan to hit your goals
  • Take Home Workouts: Exercises to complete at home or at the gym between sessions to maximize results
  • Cardio Programming: Specific target heart rate workout to optimize fat loss and make strength training more effective

2:1 Sessions (Perfect for couples, friends, or family)
